They come from humble beginnings and are proud descendants of Bennett’s Harbour, Cat Island.

The Brothers, as they are affectionately called, have been performing for almost five years and have traveled throughout the Bahamas and the United States of America.

In 2008, they entered a gospel quartet competition in Nashville, Tennessee  and emerged 2nd overall out of 28 competing groups. They are also the 2008 recipients of the Caribbean Gospel Marlin Awards for Traditional Vocal Performance of the Year (Duo Group), for one of their songs, “Bring Them In.”

The Brothers have released three CDs: “What Will I Leave Behind”- This CD is dedicated in loving memory of their parents Bishop Clarence and Mrs. Rosalee Rahming; “Keep On Walking” – This CD was recorded to inspire those who feel called to a special purpose; and “God Specializes” – the songs recorded tell listeners that there is only one sure hope of deliverance from any trouble.

Of special mention is the fact that The Brothers not only enjoy singing gospel music, but also enjoy each others’ company.  They cherish family time with their other siblings, children and grandchildren, and look forward to their regular family gatherings.

Their desire to sing accapela gospel music come from their gratitude to God for affording them the gift to be able to minister to others through song. The Brothers give God all the honour, glory and praise.  They are similarly thankful to their parents Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rahming, Sr., family members, friends and supporters who, by their kind acts and words of encouragement, have inspired them to continue singing accapella gospel music.

The Brothers enjoy fishing, family gatherings and traveling together as a group. However, signing gospel music takes precedence over all.

The members of the Rahming Brothers Gospel Accapella group are (from top to bottom): Christopher Rahming, James Rahming, President, Bennet Rahming, Public Relations, Reverend William Rahming, Prince Rahming, Treasurer, and Clarence Rahming Jr.

The Rahming Brothers is an all male accapella gospel group comprising six talented and visionary men who truly enjoy singing gospel music.
